What is eNPS and how does it help you?

eNPS is short for “Employee Net Promoter Score”. The focus of an eNPS survey is to measure loyalty and employee advocacy within your business. With an eNPS you can find out if team members are excited and engaged for the future of your company, as well as make insight-based decisions.
