Whereas Strategic is broader-reaching, covering all modern HR and people culture requirements – including HR analytics, customisable and automated workflows, qualification compliance, skills and training, and onboarding. There are a few key differences when it comes to the benefits of choosing monthly vs annual billing on an intelliHR plan. The billing cycle is as per contracts and our preference is for customers to pay via credit card; however, it is also possible to pay by direct deposit. intelliHR has standard 7-day terms on all contracts and on sign-up, our accounts team will provide you with the link to access our billing platform. Please note that there are no additional fees if you pay via ACH, credit card, or check.
We understand that all businesses go through change and growth. That’s why our pricing plans are flexible and we’re more than happy to accommodate sudden changes in your headcount if and when they arise. We can simply account for any additional active employees as they join the platform – or you can opt to reassess your business needs and requirements if major changes occur, with support from our team.
There are no additional costs for running your platform and no ongoing costs for support. All intelliHR customers also have access to free ongoing community workshops. However, if you would like to take advantage of further consultative services, with our expert team, around the use of your platform, you can contact your dedicated customer success manager to understand what additional professional support is available to you.
